City Sister Silver

What follows are the portions of the first Czech edition of City Sister Silver that the editor and I decided to remove from my translation. In selecting which cuts to post on this Web site, my principal criterion was length. With a few exceptions, deletions of less than one full paragraph are not included here. Indents correspond to indents in the original Czech edition; where the text is set flush left it means the cut was made within a paragraph.
